Fort Awarded New Project

We were selected as the GC to bring this project to life for the nicest family ever.  The finished product will house an impressive private car collection and operate as an online dealership for classic cars.

This building consists of a 50,000 SF metal structure with a mixture of masonry and metal panel exterior. For the interior, the floor plan will be made up of offices, showroom, warehouse and shop/parts storage.  They will be located off the frontage road at I-820 and Alameda street.  Make sure you look for our famous Fort Construction sign when you drive by and don’t forget to honk and wave!

We were able to start moving some dirt this past weekend at the groundbreaking, and it was fantastic!  The event was complete with yummy food, champagne toasts (juice for the kids, but hey, they wanted in on the action too), gold shovels for the special occasion and two classic cars, of course! The cars were the highlight of the morning as everyone oohed and awed over the 1960 Fuel Injected Corvette and 1935 Ford Convertible Cabriolet, gearheads especially.

We are thrilled to be working alongside Franz Architects and Carillo Engineering with our newest clients, and we can’t wait to watch this project come to life!
