On October 18th, Bennett Benner Partners received two Merit Awards from the AIA Fort Worth.
Le Cep and 2800 W. Lancaster were both designed by BBP and Fort Construction was the general contractor on both projects.
Le Cep, a contemporary French restaurant, is owned by Chef Sandra and David Avila. They have received rave reviews and several awards since opening in October 2014.
The project located on 2800 W. Lancaster was converted from the Old Thrifty Nickel facility into two levels that offer private office space, conference room, break room and workout space.
