This isn’t the most glamorous stage of a remodel but it’s important. With MEP underground complete, we’re preparing to pour back all trenching in the slab. Once the trenches are poured back, we can frame up new walls. Many thanks to our team and trade partners!
Project Update: The WARM Place
Terrific progress at The WARM Place. The building is dried in and we’re starting to do our rough in for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We’ll also be adding the shingles and gutters this week.
