We recently completed a project for Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine. The nation’s largest Infiniti dealership was classified as a Nissan – Retail Environmental Design Initiative (NREDI) project and was overseen and managed by Turner & Townsend.
Jeff Lam, IREDI Regional Project Manager – Infiniti West Region, was kind enough to send this recommendation our way:
“I would absolutely encourage you to accept a bid from Fort Construction. I have worked on numerous NREDI projects throughout the Southeast and Midwest Regions, and am now working on IREDI projects in the West Region. I would put Fort Construction up against any General Contractor I’ve worked with.”
Jeff also sent a note to Steve Fleiner, our Project Manager who handled Grubbs Infiniti:
“… the Brand Review went great! Thanks again for being so great to work with. I have a few things that I would like to get more information on as several of the solutions that you and your team came up with will surely be recommended on other projects.”
