We recently completed a project for Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine. The nation’s largest Infiniti dealership was classified as a Nissan – Retail Environmental Design Initiative (NREDI) project and was overseen and managed by Turner & Townsend.
Jeff Lam, IREDI Regional Project Manager – Infiniti West Region, was kind enough to send this recommendation our way:
“I would absolutely encourage you to accept a bid from Fort Construction. I have worked on numerous NREDI projects throughout the Southeast and Midwest Regions, and am now working on IREDI projects in the West Region. I would put Fort Construction up against any General Contractor I’ve worked with.”
Jeff also sent a note to Steve Fleiner, our Project Manager who handled Grubbs Infiniti:
“… the Brand Review went great! Thanks again for being so great to work with. I have a few things that I would like to get more information on as several of the solutions that you and your team came up with will surely be recommended on other projects.”
We agree … Steve, his team, and the subcontractors did an amazing job. We are thrilled that Grubbs and Nissan North America Inc., are so pleased with their new dealership.
If your project has national guidelines or company standards that must be followed, we can help.
