We recently received word that The Vineyards on Lancaster is a finalist for an award presented by Affordable Housing Finance magazine.
There are four finalists in the Special Needs category; a category that includes housing designs for homeless and special needs families. The Vineyards was developed by Union Gospel Mission, and features 98 affordable and six market-rates homes as well as a health clinic. Schwarz-Hanson Architects designed the project, and Fort Construction was the general contractor.
The Vineyards is an exceptional facility for the underserved in our community, and we offer our congratulations to Union Gospel Mission President and CEO Don Shisler and his team!
