We’re constructing a new retail center at 12900 Josey Lane in Farmers Branch. Two buildings will be added to the site. One building will total 10,000 SF and is the new location for The Learning Experience. They offer early childhood education and daycare for preschool through kindergarten.
Right now, exterior framing and sheathing are complete. Ongoing work includes exterior earthwork, leveling sidewalks, and plumbing and electrical rough-in.
