Fort Construction is building a new retail center at 12900 Josey Lane in Farmers Branch.
We’ll add two buildings on a single site. One building will be 5,500 SF and will have three tenants including a bank, restaurant, and dental office. The second building will total approximately 10,000 SF and will be a new location for The Learning Experience. They offer early childhood education and daycare for preschool through kindergarten.
As you can see, it’s early stages as we add the sitework and paving. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
