The Vineyard on Lancaster received the Texas Apartment Association’s 2020 Affordable Housing Award in the New Construction category.
Union Gospel Mission developed The Vineyard. The building features 98 affordable homes, six market-rate homes, and a health clinic. Schwarz-Hanson Architects designed the project, and we were the general contractor.
