We are approximately halfway through building a new location for Tarrant County Infectious Disease Associates (TCIDA).
The new office, totaling approximately 17,000SF, will accommodate research, clinic, and pharmacy departments. It is located at 1025 College Avenue in the Near Southside neighborhood.
Currently, the wood framed structure is being completed. Exterior sheathing has been installed and roofing will start shortly. As for the interior, plumbing and electrical wall rough-in continues as well as fire protection above ceiling work rough-in.
Tom Malone at tma-cha architects designed this beautiful building. Our expected completion date is mid-April.
