Fort Construction is proud to serve as the general contractor for The Birchman Office Building in Fort Worth, a three-story, 29,822 SF office building including a parking garage.
On the 2nd floor, we’re finishing up paint and restroom tile and preparing to install fixtures and flooring. The 3rd floor is progressing as well, with drywall going up and ceiling painting about to begin. Meanwhile, glass installation is underway, and site work — including irrigation, landscaping, and hardscaping — is in full swing.
We’re rounding the corner on this project and remain on track for completion in August. As always, we’re grateful for the hard work and dedication of our team and trade partners.
