Fort Construction is the general contractor for a new mixed-use building for Matador Motorsports in Cresson, Texas. We’re constructing a two-story pre-engineered metal building totaling more than 23,000 SF. The project includes offices, a new race shop with garages, apartments, and storage rooms.
We are currently installing the stone and metal panel façade on the exterior of the building. Interior framing and utilities rough in is underway on the first floor. Framing and rough in is complete on the second floor. We’re getting ready to start painting and adding finishes on the apartments. Many thanks to our team and trade partners. Terrific work!
