It’s not an exaggeration to say we’re busy at The Birchman Office Building on Birchman Avenue in Fort Worth.
We are finishing up the 3rd floor elevator shaft this week, and then we’ll be on our way to topping out with steel. Joist and deck goes on next week, and roofing will be on by the end of the month. Interior framing and MEPs have begun. And the 2nd story of the parking deck is also in the works. Concrete should be poured within the next 10 days.
