New Building for TCIDA

We are excited to break ground on a new building for Tarrant County Infectious Disease Associates. TCIDA has been providing quality healthcare services since 1997, including a variety of infectious disease processes.

The project, designed by Tom Malone of tma-cha architects, will be located at the corner of Rosedale and College Avenue in the Near Southside neighborhood of Fort Worth.

This will be a 16,000 SF two-story building complete with reception area, exam and treatment rooms, and lab rooms. The exterior will feature cedar siding along with masonry and glass. The front lobby is unique in that it connects to the outside landscaping/patio then continues inside the building with the same footprint.

We have worked on numerous projects with Tom, and always welcome the opportunity to partner with him. And we thank the physicians at TCIDA for choosing us to build their new location.
