While the NFL Combine is complete, hundreds of athletes are preparing for their NFL pro days. We were excited to read that more than 12 NFL draft-eligible players were spending time with APEC to improve their skills.
APEC prides itself on taking the time to create tailor made programs to suit an individual athlete. They examine speed, top-end mechanics and power index – producing a “work smarter not harder” program.
APEC is located inside the Game On sports complex in Fort Worth – which Fort Construction completed in early October. The eight-acre outdoor and indoor sports complex can be found at I-30 and Loop 820.
