On Monday, December 14th, we were proud to be a part of the groundbreaking ceremony for Old Town Station in Burleson.
I joined Robert Dow, the owner of the project, along with the Mayor of Burleson, on the “stage” which in true Texas fashion, was an over-sized trailer. Rio Mambo catered samplings of their food, margaritas and beer. There was live music along with tables and chairs so everyone could sit, eat and enjoy.
Phase I of this five-acre project will include a 36,000 square foot office building featuring businesses such as Keller Williams Realty, Rio Mambo, SWBC Mortgage and Providence Title. We are slated to begin construction in early January.
