We’re movin’ and groovin’ on South Main Street in Fort Worth. This complete remodel will soon be the new location for CHC Development and Urban Bobcat Architects.
Those two businesses will occupy the second floor on the east side of the building. The remainder will be lease space. Because the building is on the highest point of South Main, one of the more interesting aspects of the design includes balconies that will overlook downtown.
Our expected completion date is late August.
