Last week, Fort Construction hosted our annual fish fry for employees, their families, and our trade partners.
This is the fish we caught during our fishing trip to Lake Texoma earlier in the year. Every fall, we take the opportunity to cook it up and share it. Eugene, one of our superintendents, is the chef and always does a terrific job! We ordered sides and desserts to complete the spread.
As always, we enjoyed this casual celebration — our way of saying “thank you” to those who work so hard for us and with us.
