We are excited to start working on a remodel and addition for BMW of Arlington.
We will be remodeling almost 16,000 SF of the current dealership, and creating a 4,360 SF addition. The expansion will feature a New Vehicle Delivery area where the salesperson can highlight the features of a new car purchase with the owner.
The dbe group out of Galveston is the architect, and I have provided one of their drawings. A big thank you to Group 1 Automotive for the opportunity to work with them again.
We’ll get started on this project in October and should be completed by early summer.
