We are excited to break ground on BioLife Plasma Services in Burleson. Final permits are being approved and we hope to get started in a couple of weeks.
BioLife is an industry leader in the collection of high-quality plasma which is then processed into life-saving plasma-based therapies. They operate collection facilities in 24 states across the United States as well as Austria.
The location in Burleson will be 16,694 SF on a three-acre lot, and we’ll be taking care of the ground-up construction and finish out. The expected completion date is April of 2017.
