We are making terrific progress on the remodel and expansion of BMW of Arlington. We are remodeling almost 16,000 SF of the current dealership, and creating a 4,360 SF addition.
Currently, we are hanging drywall and installing light fixtures. HVAC ductwork and units are also being installed. Once we are finished hanging the drywall, we will begin our finish out of the interior. As for the exterior, we will begin installing our glass system at the end of the month.
The dbe group out of Galveston is the architect. Group 1 Automotive is the owner and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with them again.
