Fort Construction has completed a total renovation of the 7,700sf bank building located on Pennsylvania Avenue in Near Southside Fort Worth.
On the west side of the building, customers will find a large lobby, new teller area, and glassed-in offices that offer an open feel. On the east side of the building, Southside Bank will feature a commercial lending branch.
The most interesting aspect of this project was that the bank stayed open throughout the rebuild and remodel. We were able to complete much of the work on the west side after hours and overnight so that customers could still conduct their banking business without having to wear a drop cloth or a hard hat.
The final look is updated, bright and open with more offices and a more convenient configuration. It was an absolute pleasure to partner with the
