Fort Construction is continuing work on the Ryder Facility in Grapevine.
The project includes three buildings as well as site utilities and the replacement of all asphalt paving with new concrete paving.
We are working to renovate their existing truck maintenance facility – approximately 2900 SF – including an interior mezzanine. In addition to the renovation, two new pre-engineered metal buildings will be added.
One building will be a two-story office building and the other will be a truck maintenance facility, totaling just under 700 SF.
Ryder has 800 locations across North America. This particular location at 1150 Texan Trail is extremely busy and offers maintenance, rentals, on-demand maintenance, and fuel.
We are about 65% complete and should have everything wrapped up in the spring of 2017. We would like to thank Ryder for the opportunity to work with them on this project.
