Work continues on 1thirtyone Motorcars at I-30 and Loop 820 in Fort Worth.
The 54,000 SF building sits on a five-acre lot, and will include storage for a large collection of classic cars, a showroom, parts area and workshop, and a wash bay.
The steel frame is in place, and vinyl facing is being installed in preparation for the insulation and roof paneling. The exterior will feature a mix of pre-finished metal paneling and brick. We’ll also install a clerestory that runs the length of the warehouse, allowing for plenty of natural light. The showroom will feature a metallic epoxy floor with a rotating car on display.
