We are nearing completion on 1thirtyone Motorcars, located at I-30 and Loop 820 in Fort Worth. The 54,000 SF building will include storage for a large collection of classic cars, a showroom, parts area and workshop, and a wash bay.
Final work items include MEP installation throughout the building, irrigation for the landscaping, a retaining wall on the west side of the property, final coats of paint, and an assortment of miscellaneous items.
This will be a beautiful place to store, showcase, and work on cars!
