Scott Price
Senior Partner, Business Development & General Management
Since graduating from Wesleyan University in 1984 with a degree in Chemistry, followed by an MBA at the University of Virginia, Scott Price has had involvement in the construction industry for over 30 years. He learned the nuts and bolts of construction earlier in his career when he started as an assistant project manager on a large hotel project in Washington, D.C. From this, he went on to manage over $250 million in construction projects.
More recently, Scott’s talents have been focused on the developmental side of the construction process. This, combined with his construction management experience, has allowed him to guide clients through the entire process – from developing the initial vision to planning the final execution.
Married for more than 20 years and with two boys, Scott serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Fort Worth, Amphibian Theater, and Fort Worth South, Inc. He is also on the Advisory Council for Cenikor Foundation.
“The experience and expertise of much larger contractors combined with the lower overhead of a small contractor creates an opportunity for owners to save money, while also receiving ‘best-in-business’ construction services. We’ve intentionally eliminated layers of authority – our senior partners actively manage all projects.” –Scott Price

He has worked on a wide variety of projects, including City Center I & II, Sundance East, the Worthington Hotel Ballroom Renovation and Texas Oncology on Fort Worth’s 8th Avenue.

“In order to be successful, we must find a way to be different from our competition. Whether it be schematic design budgeting from an 8 ½” X 11” sketch, working in a collaborative effort during preconstruction, or simply providing construction services, we truly strive to be a client-driven company.” – Ken Evans
