Fort Construction is the general contractor for Creel Industrial Park, a new project in Fort Worth. The site consists of four pre-engineered metal buildings. The project owner will use one building for their company, Superior Synthetic Grass & Turf, and the other three buildings will be for lease.
As you can see, it’s early days. We completed moisture conditioning and select fill for the first three pads, and we’re working on the fourth. We’ll update you on our progress.
