David and Sandra Avila’s restaurant, Le Cep, has only been open about seven weeks, but they’re already receiving amazing reviews for their contemporary French cuisine.
Fort Construction was proud to play a small role in the Avila’s vision. As we renovated the space for their restaurant, we got to know David and Sandra, and we knew this was going to be a special place to dine.
David is happy to report that “the support and encouragement from our guests has been just incredible.” Asked if he’s had a favorite moment, he couldn’t pick one thing but did say, those who’ve chosen to celebrate a special occasion at Le Cep has been a great honor. “To be the place where they celebrate one of the special moments in their lives, touches me every time.”
