Fort Construction is excited to be named the general contractor for Cielo Place in Fort Worth. This will be a unique mixed-income housing community featuring 91 units.
Of the 91 units, 88% will be affordable at 30%, 50% and 60% of the area median income. And 12% of the units will be at market rate. The units will feature high-efficiency appliances and lighting, solid surface counters and flooring, and will be cable, internet and phone ready. Residents will also get to enjoy a furnished clubhouse with community room, business center, leasing center, fitness center, and bicycle parking.
Cielo Place will be located within the historic and rehabilitated Riverside Baptist Church, originally designed in 1924. We’ll also add a new building on the north side of the property. Construction is underway and we’ll keep you posted on our progress!
