Fort Construction and our trade partners started construction on OTR in south Dallas. OTR Fleet Service is based out of Houston and offers 24/7 emergency truck repair and service.
The project is OTR’s first ground-up building in DFW. The 15-acre site located on I-20 and will include a 15,540 SF pre-engineered metal building designed by KHArchitects. It will have eight service bays, an office area, truck and trailer parking, and storage.
