We are so excited to announce we will be partnering with Group 1 Automotive out of Houston to build the Addition and Renovation of the Courtesy Nissan Dealership in Richardson. We will be renovating and expanding the existing sales and service facility which is approximately 32,000 SF (once renovations are complete). The project is expected to begin construction this month and should be complete within 10 months.
