What We Do
With every project, Fort implements a series of procedures that provides critical guidelines by which each component of the project may be carefully and precisely monitored. Fort actively participates with our clients and their design team during each stage of the project to ensure a project that produces the best value within the budget.
Preconstruction
- Preliminary budgets, updates and GMP
- Value and Engineering constructability reviews

Construction

Scott Price
President, Business Development and General Management
Since graduating from Wesleyan University in 1980 with a degree in chemistry, followed by an MBA at the University of Virginia, Scott Price has had involvement in the construction industry for 35 years. He learned the nuts and bolts of construction earlier in his career when he started as an assistant project manager on a large hotel project in Washington, D.C. From there, he went on to manage over $100 million in construction projects.
More recently, Scott’s talents have been focused on the developmental side of the construction process. This, combined with his construction management experience, has allowed him to guide clients through the entire process – from developing the initial vision to planning the final execution.
Married with two boys, Scott serves as a member and past-President of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Fort Worth. He is also on the Advisory Council for the Cenikor Foundation, as well as the Board of Directors for Amphibian Theater, and past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Fort Worth South, Inc.
